Did you know that during World War 2, there was about 40 [known] attempts of killing Hitler, and each one failed for a random reason?
The person who came the closest was someone who planted a bomb behind a place where Hitler was going to give a speech. It was scheduled to go off about 20 minutes into his speech, but Hitler decided to start his speech an hour early that day and the bomb when off about 7 minutes after he left the building.
I can't help but wonder what would of happened if they did suceed? Everything now would be different. It kinda makes me think, maybe it was better that things happened the way they did. (Adolf Hitler commited suicide. The coward.) Imagine how different things might be now.

The local markets were on today and I worked there at my parent's market stall selling electircal toys and jewelry and things. Anyway, in the morning (About 6:45am), when I was settingup no of the tables, I pushed the legs open and some skin on the palm of my right hand got caught in a hinge. It pulled up some skin and there was a fair amount of blood, but it wasn't too bad. Anyway, I put a bandaid on it, which made me feel super hardcore and cool. Whenever people paid for something and I got their money, I would always use my bandaid hand so everyone could see how much of a hardcore rebel I am.
Like, you never know what could be under that band aid. There could bet a fucking inch deep cut there from when I got stabbed by a guy who was trying to mug me but I fought him off. There could be a cigarette burn from where I stood up to this asshole guy and he shoved his cigarette in my hand. I could have a tattoo of some sort of super badass cult I belong to. You just never know.

That's why I love bandaids.
Okay, so now you've heard my lunatic thoughts about bandaids, we'll move onto something else. The guy who organizes the markets is so cool. He's a bt weird, but he's just soooooo cool. He rides a bicycle around the markets. When he was telling people where to put their stalls, he was riding over towards the entry point of the markets where the cars were lined up and he shouted: "I'm on fire, NEXT!!"
Coolest person ever.
Coolest person ever.
I was lining up to buy some coffee from this stall (Mum's coffee, not mine) and I dropped all of the coins I was holding. I found a $1 coin and a $2 coin, but I was still missing another $2 one. So I was looking heaps for it and finally this old man behind me asks me if I've lost anything. I told him what I lost and he pointed to my shorts. And there the $2 coin was sitting in the folded up cuff of my shorts.
I felt a bit stupid after that.
Speaking of feeling stupid, I went to the movies with my friend. (Saw Bride Wars, more about that later) I bought a bag of M&Ms to eat. So I gave the girl at the counter the money and stuff, and then I waited and waited, but she didn't give me the M&Ms. So I said: "Uhh... you didn't give me the M&Ms." And then she pointed at my hand. I looked down at saw the packet of M&Ms in my hand.
My friend began laughing hysterically which set me off and I tried to explain to the girl how stupid I felt between gasps of laughter, but it probably just sounded like I was choking or something.
I may have been laughing, but I was so embarrassed.
Once again, I proved that even though I'm intelligent when it comes to school, I lack something very important.
Common sense.

Like I said, I went to the movies with my friend. She picked my up from my house (Her sister, L plate driver was driving) and then she gave me a late birthday present (my birthday was January the 5th). She gave me a wooden bangle and this little seal keychain.
The seal is one of the coolest things I have ever seen in my life.
It's holding this red heart that says: 'You light up
my heart' and when you squeeze the seal, the heart lights up. Also, if you squeeze the seal hard enough, the heart pops out to make it look like the heart is being.
Coolest. Thing. Ever.
If you're reading this Amelia, then thank you! :D
(Sorry for bad picture quality. I got a shitty camera. Getting a new one :D)

Everytime I do something stupid or she sees someone doing something stupid, Amelia says: "Well that was an Amber moment!"
For example, the time we were playing Netball (It wasn't in a professional game, just a mess around one) and I caught the ball, stood still for a second and then randomly fell over.
Anyway, we were lining up while waiting to get in and I tried to explain my theory about muggers to Amelia. My theory was: If someone was trying to mug you, you cuold act like a total phsyco and they might run away.
Like, the mugger says:
"Give me all your money!"
And you go: "AHHH BOOGETTY BOOGETTY!!" While waving your arms around wildly with your tongue hanging out and flopping everywhere and shaking your hair so your hair goes insane.
Now, if I was that mugger, I wouldn't be sticking around so I could rob a mentally unstable person. I would be running in the other direction.
Oh well, just my theory. Amelia said that the mugger would probably just punch me in the stomach or something. I told her she was wrong.
When we were sitting down inside the movie cinema but the movie hadn't started yet, Amelia told me how funny it was to talk to me.
I said to her how much I wished I could see myself talking to someone so I could experience the same thing everyone else does.
She got a little weirded out, so I tried explaining it in more detail. It went something like: I wished I could be in her head talking to me so I knew what it was like to talk to me. Like, I wish I could go back and relive every moment from when I first got in her car so I could see what it was like being near me.
She told me I was crazy. I stopped telling her about it after that.

Bride Wars was a good movie. It was really funny and I enjoyed it. Click here for trailer.
Amelia's mum was going to drop me off at her house on the way back home. I was glad I didn't have to give her directions. I'm horrible at directions.
One time, mum and I were going somewhere and she asked me where to go. We had to turn <---- that way. So I said: "Mum! Turn right!" She turned the opposite way to the way we were supposed to be going. I said: "What are you doing, I said right!?" Mum said: "I'm going right." I said: "What the... oh. Oh damn it."

Before I left for the movie, I was brushing my hair while looking in the mirror. I noticed that my hair was a bit greasy but I didn't have time to wash it.
I thought to myself: 'I hope Amelia doesn't notice.'
But then I stopped and stared in the mirror for a while and I realized that even if she didn't notice, I would find someway to tell her about it. I'd say something like; 'My hairs a little greasy but I didn't have enough time to wash it so yeah'.
Thats what I do with most things I don't want people to notice.
For example, I'd be brushing my teeth before school and I'd get toothpaste on my shirt. I'd think to myself: 'Shit. I hope nobody notices.'
And then the very first thing I'd when I got on the bus that morning would be turning to Kathryn, pointing at my shirt and saying: "Look at this freaking stain. It's toothpaste! Can you notice it!?"
Kathryn would say: "I can only notice it now that you've pointed it out."
Which would result in me saying: "Oh damn it! Stop noticing it, okay!?"

When I got home from the movie, I watched a show called: 'Big Bang Theory'. It is the funniest TV show I've ever seen. Sooo good.
It's about a group of nerds who are really smart. One of them is so smart that one part of his brain overpowers the other so he doesn't have common sense and can't drive and stuff.
FUNNIEST SHOW EVER
Click here for a little bit of one of the shows.
Such a good show.
Such a good show.
After I watched that show, I went on the internet. I had an email from an American friend of mine. We were talking about the Australian 'cereal', Weetabix. She said something that made me laugh so hard, I wanted to share it with you.
'I don't think we have any cereal in the form of bricks over here. We have some rectangular cereal but that's entirely different.'
God, that made me laugh. It was funny at the time.

I have this scab on my knee that's hanging on by a few threads but I'm too scared to pull it off. It happened a few weeks ago when I was swimming in a pool and I dived under and scraped my knee along the bottom.
Something else extremmely intelligent I did.

I was sitting down and readng a book when suddenly I got a really bd chest pain for a few seconds and it randomly stopped. It was a bit weird.
I went to go to bed, but then I remembered the small injury on my hand so I decided to get a bandaid for it in case I picked at it in my sleep or something. I went to get a bandaid but I couldn't find any, so instead, I wrapped a bandage around my hand.
It made me feel extra hardcore.
I lied down in my bed, when my pillow vibrated. Someone had texted me at 11:34 at night. I keep my mobile phone in my pillowcase occasionally. Mostly when I'm at a friend's house or something. Either that or I hold it in my hand.
It's strange, I am the worst sleeper. I move alot, I kick anyone that's in the bed with me, I push my pillow to the floor, stuff like that. But I never drop my mobile phone. When I wake up, my phone is always in my hand where I left it. Sure, sometimes my hnd is hanging over the side of my bed and stuff, but it's always holding my phone tightly.

I can't understand that.
I was just thinking, would you rather be blind from birth, or turn blind at whatever age you are now? I think I'd rather turn blind now.
Now, the same question, but deaf instead of blind. I think I'd rather be deaf from birth. It'd be easier to learn sign langauge and things I think. Also, you don't know what you're missing out on.
